Please suggest something.......waiting for reply?

i want to marry the man i love. how shall i say that how much i love him. i adore him, i respect him. and this is what i am getting in return also. he loves me so heartly that i sometimes start crying after seeing so much love in his eyes. now the problem is ofcourse of marriage. we are from different castes. and rite nw his studies are about to complete. so hez wating for placement. so he is not having a job. and my dad has started searching a guy for me. i cant elope or go against my parents. i love them also very much. plesae please suggest what shall i do. how shall i convince my parents. what can he do?? plz plz plz suggest
