Will magnesium pill help clear up Hidradenitis Suppurativa or should it be applyed to be effected area?

i have stage 2 of HS under my arms and breast ive had it cut out from under my arms last feb with no outbreak since,thank god! but im scared to get an surgery on my breast for the fact that its too close to my heart. =( are there any cures out there?
