No longer have $$$ to pay for wedding guest's food.?

You can marry with just a very few--immediate family and your child. That should cut you down to 6-10 people. You could switch to having the lunch at your place which would only cost you a few platters from the market or you cuold just have people over for wedding cake and coffee. Each of these options allows you to host your guests while not asking them to pay (which I would not ever consider under any circumstances) for themselves and you still get to celebrate.
