Would it be strange to have "wedding photos" made after eloping?

My husband and I eloped last October and I don't regret it a bit, but I do sometimes wish I had pictures in a nice wedding dress with my husband. Would it be strange to buy a dress and have a photographer make "wedding pictures" ? I don't want a photographer to think I'm crazy lol
