Eloped (seemingly to the world "on a whim") with the man of my dreams, how do I tell my parents?

We did it the end of April, it's now nearing mid June. I live in a different state, but will be finally going home this weekend. Unfortunately, my husband can't go. I need a way to tell them that we got married that will reduce any chance someone might freak out. lol
