What to do? So stressed. Anyone else..?

My wedding is in 3 wks(june 18) So far I have done absolutely everything myself and am running quite behind on things. Ppl keep telling me they will help with anything I need but so far nobody has cuz their always busy. My fiance tries to help but hes already working 12-16hrs days to help cover costs for everything wehave a10 month old that is so attached he doesnt let me do much. I amso stressed and want ti get things done with already. Would eloping be just rude at this point, am how can I get help, anybody been thru.this?
