My husband is still friends with his ex-wife and hasn't yet told her we're married...?

If I were you I would be equally if not more concerned that he talks to her that much. If they had children together its somewhat understandable but even that seems like too much to me. I'd demand to know why he talks to her so much and about not telling her. Sounds fishy to me.
