My fiance and I are planning a small wedding in PR any tips? Locations, Photographers, Officiants?

My fiance and I are planning a June wedding in San Juan, PR. We are essentially eloping with 4 family members along for the ride. We aren't having a reception only a ceremony. Cost is a HUGE factor and we would like costs to stay as low as possible. Any recommendations on location, photographers (we only want about 2 hours), and officiants would be appreciated!
