How do i get a butler on sims 2?

my friend has a butler and i know that you click on the phone then call service but butler isn't one of the choices is there a cheat on getting a butler if not does the butler come with a stuff or extension package? do i already have the butler unlocked i just dont know it ? i have the following: sims 2 double deluxe , sims 2 fun with pets , sims 2 teen style stuff , and sims 2 open for bisuness . Help ??!
